Email Client Settings

To manually set up an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. use the following settings:

  • POP or IMAP: Select the one you want to use. We recommend using IMAP
  • Incoming server name: mail.yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is your domain name.
  • Outgoing server name: same as the incoming server name above.
  • Incoming server username: your full email address.
  • Incoming server password: the password for your email account.
  • Outgoing server settings: you will need to enable the option for your mail client to log in to the outgoing mail server (use authentication) and to use the same username and password as the incoming mail server.
